Miss You

When the birds start chirping
When the sun starts shining
My phone starts ringing
For a sweet lovely “Good Morning”

But today there is
No call, no “Good Morning”
I have already started missing something

The usual love and care
Past forgotten secret share
Always standing so close so near
That's the way was my dear

But today there is
No love, no care
No one so close and dear

The warmth of the blanket
The casual fight for internet
Lying top on bare naked chest
With everlasting praise of curvy waist

But today there is
No one to praise, no one to fight
No one for me till the end of my sight

The swings on arm
The touch so warm
The ‘ugly duckling’ charm

But today there is
No charm, no warm
No more ducklings in my barren farm
